Legacy Industries was established in 2016 in response to the devastating Great Floods of Baton Rouge. Our experienced team quickly mobilized to provide critical emergency services—including disaster response, food distribution, and demolition—during the immediate aftermath of the event. This led us to officially launch Legacy Construction Group in 2017, which has since completed over 8,000 residential recovery projects across five states. Our core focus lies in delivering federally funded, state-administered recovery programs following major hurricanes. With a proven track record of rapid mobilization, scalable operations, and successful execution, we’ve become a reliable leader in high-volume disaster recovery.

As Legacy Construction expanded, Legacy Industries evolved into a specialized supplemental staffing partner for select strategic clients. We believe that maintaining a focused client base and minimizing risk is essential to building lasting, effective partnerships.

In January 2020, Legacy Environmental emerged as a standalone entity, providing emergency response, industrial services, and waste transportation. In April 2022, we achieved certification as an Oil Spill Recovery Organization (OSRO) by the U.S. Coast Guard—empowering us to respond to spills on both land and water as a fully turnkey solution.

Today, our response teams operate nationwide, and we are proud to serve as a trusted partner to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
